Antillean Engineers St Croix USVI

Antillean Engineers Inc. (AEI)has provided, without interruption, over thirty years of service to the Virgin Islands community in the fields of engineering, subdivision planning, highway design, hydrologic analysis, drainage design, sewer design, water distribution system design, structural engineering, land survey, construction cost estimates and materials testing and quality control.

Facilities and Equipment

Antillean Engineers is located at 1-B Estate Clifton Hill near the La Reine Shopping Center where it occupies approximately two thousand five hundred square feet of office space. The facilities include high capacity-high speed computing systems equipped with up-to-date engineering software. The computing facility provides the ability to analyze run-off characteristics of watersheds, stream flow depth/discharge relationships and perform structural analysis and civil engineering/surveying using up-to-date software. The materials testing laboratory located in Springfield can test concrete specimens, asphalt and soils. Our nuclear moisture/density gauge facilitates compaction testing by providing instantaneous results in the field. A TOPCON GPS Hiper+ and electronic total stations equipped with data collectors provide automated methods to perform boundary and topographic surveys. Survey data can be downloaded into the computing system to expedite analysis, design and drawing production. The company also owns precise surveying levels and theodolites. A fathometer is also available to conduct hydrographic surveys.
